Paiku is a lively cafe where everything is made-from-scratch. In 2014 Paiku opened its doors, or shall we say window, as a food truck. Hard work, a lot of support, and a little luck eventually allowed for us to open a brick and mortar restaurant located in the heart of the St Johns neighborhood.

Years of experimentation, obsession with food, and the ongoing joy of feeding friends and family has made Paiku what it is today.

During the onset of Covid, we struggled to stay afloat. Our solution was to begin offering Picnic Packages. Our loyal customers made this a success and we haven't stopped since.
